Eating a balanced diet

What to eat and not to eat is a question many people do when they try to eat healthy. In my opinion there are not healthy and unhealthy food but the excess is the problem. I mean, you have to eat a balanced diet which contains proteins, carbohidrates, vitamines ... but fats too. Fats are not unhealthy like people say, they are necesary for our organism, the problem is if you eat more fats than what you burn doing excercise. But the same happens with carbohidrates and proteins and other stuff, if you eat more than what you organism needs, it won't be as healthy as you think, even if you are drinking water, eating salads or any other food calificated as "healthy". In conclusion, we need to eat what our body needs.
